Facade Development Plan for Lad Bazaar

Lad Bazaar is a historically and culturally significant street in Hyderabad. The main aim of restoring the street scape of Lad Bazaar is to create a vibrant street character in an organized manner which is harmonious with the design and aesthetics of the Qutub Shahi period. The vision of the State Government of Telangana is to restore the rich architectural element s of the Charminar area and it’s surrounding streets which includes pedestrianization of street s leading to Charminar and street façade restoration.The façade improvement scheme needs to adopt an approach to unify the building fabric by developing an architectural vocabulary, colour schemes, appropriate management of existing services and signage regulations.
