The Mumbai Veterinary College is the first veterinary institution of India and has played an important role in the evolution of veterinary studies in the country. The project includes comprehensive conservation and restoration of the four heritage buildings on the campus – the main building, old hostel, dhobi building and the OPD/Anatomy building. The restoration works include roof and terrace repairs, structural consolidation, façade restoration, upgradation of interiors and the upgradation of MEP services. The projects also involves the construction of a new 250 seater auditorium, a guest house and site development of the 14 acre campus.
