The Grant Medical College along with the JJ Hospital building was constructed by 1845, among the earliest public structures to be built in Mumbai, has a mock Tudor style with crenulated towers, pointed Gothic arches and a series of octagonal corner turrets.Phase 1 of the project involved successfully restoring the dilapidated porch and the central atrium of the structure
